The registration process for Char Dham Yatra 2026 in Uttarakhand has officially started. As of 11th March 2026, more than 44,000 devotees have already registered themselves to participate in this sacred pilgrimage.

No Registration Fee for Char Dham Yatra
The Uttarakhand government has made the registration process completely free of cost. Devotees from any part of India and from abroad can register themselves without paying any charges.
The government has also clarified that no devotee will be stopped from participating in the yatra, but registration is recommended for better management and safety during the pilgrimage season.

The Char Dham Yatra 2026 will begin on 19 April 2026, on the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya.

The Char Dham Yatra usually starts from Haridwar, one of the holiest cities in India.
