The Himalayan Buzzard Bird of Kazakhstan starts to come in the Himalayan of Uttarakhand where the Himalayan Buzzard has been seen in Chopta. This bird has been reached at Tungnath, other species of birds will be seen at Chandrashila, Chopta, and other places of Rudrapryag for up to four months.

These birds have started moving from the higher places of the Himalayas towards the lower places of the Himalayas. During the cold season, birds move from higher places to lower places and when winter ends they go back there. Hundreds of species are found in many places of Rudraprayag. Many species including Dark-breasted Rosefinch, Red Headed Bullfinch, Pink-browed Rose Finch, Himalayan Green Finch, Spotted Finch, Chir Pheasant, Mountain Hawk Eagle, Nut Cracker, Steppe Eagle, Eurasia Jay migrate here seasonally. If seen from the other side, the winter trek tour started in December. Many trekkers visit to Tungnath, Auli Chopta, and Kedarkantha trek.
