There are huge devotees at Har Ki Pauri, Haridwar for taking bath on the day of Pitrau Amavasya 2021. All Ghats of Haridwar having a lot of people are taking bath since morning today and this Ganga Snan will continue till evening. But by offering Tarpan on the Narayani Shila of Haridwar, the ancestors get salvation. It is also known as Prachin Narayani Shila Temple. Many people come here for Pitru Pooja ( Ancestors Pooja) every year. Today is the last day of Shradh and it can be done anywhere during Pitru Paksha but Narayani Shila Temple is the best place doing ancestors worship.
