Finally, the Tourism Development Council has taken up the task of implementing this system, and efforts are underway to make it a reality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expansion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To alleviate the challenges faced by pilgrims during the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indiaeasytrip.com\/india-tour-packages\/char-dham-yatra-package\/\"><strong>Char Dham Yatra<\/strong><\/a>, the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Council has introduced a new token system for darshan. This means that pilgrims will no longer have to stand in long queues for hours, which was especially difficult for elderly visitors. Previously, pilgrims would arrive at the Dham either by bus or on foot, and immediately get in line to save time. However, this often caused frustration and inconvenience for many.
