The Meteorological Department has further heightened concerns by issuing a red alert for heavy rain and storms until June 25. These adverse weather conditions have hampered the smooth operation of helicopter services, causing inconvenience to travelers and affecting transportation in the region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expansion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the challenges posed by the monsoon season, devotees of Baba Kedar will still have the opportunity to reach the <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/indiaeasytrip.com\/india-tour-packages\/chardham-yatra-by-helicopter\/\">Dham via helicopter<\/a><\/em><\/strong>. Starting from July 8th, helicopter services provided by Trans Bharat Aviation and Himalayan Aviation will commence operations to the Dham. However, due to the prevailing rainy conditions, three helicopter companies have already suspended their services. Additionally, Aryan Aviation will cease its operations in the Dham on June 26th. These developments highlight the efforts being made to ensure accessibility to the sacred site despite weather-related obstacles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Helicopter ticket bookings have come to a halt in addition to the aforementioned issues. Continuous rainfall in Kedarnath and dense fog along the route from Gaurikund to Kedarnath have disrupted helicopter services for the past week. Furthermore, the Meteorological Department has issued a red alert, warning of heavy rain and storms until June 25th. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the circumstances, Global Victra, Thambi, and Arrow Aviation Heli Company have concluded the initial phase of their operations and returned. Aryan Aviation is scheduled to retrieve its belongings on June 26th. However, Trans Bharat Aviation from Guptkashi and Himalayan Aviation from Shersi will commence their services on July 8th and ensure uninterrupted helicopter operations even during the monsoon season. These two companies combined will facilitate the transportation of approximately 400 devotees daily to the Dham. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seven companies got permission<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trans Bharat, Aryan, Crystal, Global Victra, Thambi, Himalayan, and Arrow Heli Company were granted permission by the Uttarakhand government to operate helicopter services for the Kedarnath Yatra, which began on April 25 this year. Unfortunately, Crystal company faced a tragic incident on April 23, where the finance controller of UCADA lost his life due to a tail rotor collision with one of their helicopters. As a result, one of the company&#8217;s helicopters has been grounded pending investigation, while the other has been returned. Currently, three heli companies have withdrawn their services, and one will be returning on June 26. All these companies are expected to resume their operations in September, once the monsoon season is over. However, two companies have committed to providing services even during the monsoon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the monsoon season, Kedarnath will still have helicopter services accessible to devotees, thanks to Kothimalayan and Trans Bharat.
