2.10 lakh visited Kedarnath in 15 days

Despite facing challenging weather conditions including rain, snowfall, and various obstacles along the pedestrian route, the faith of the pilgrims visiting Kedarnath Dham remains unwavering. Since the opening of the Kapat (gate), the number of visitors has exceeded 210,000 within a span of 15 days. The praise for Baba (Lord Shiva) can be heard resonating from the footpath all the way to the Dham. However, in a disappointing turn of events, the first group of Adi Kailash Yatra had to return without being able to visit Adi Kailash Parvat and Parvati Kund in Pithoragarh. The closure of the Kuti-Jeolinkang road for a week has added to the difficulties.
